Gift your loved ones a wonderful stay at the Oberniederhof. Simply complete the order form: we will then send you our bank details and send out a lovingly designed voucher by post immediately upon receipt of payment (plus shipping costs of € 1.50). We can on request also send you a PDF file to print yourself. We will also be pleased to issue vouchers for products, workshops and overnight stays. Just tell us exactly what you sort of gift you want to give and we will design an individual voucher for you.

Paying for your holiday apartment

Once booking is confirmed, we would ask you to transfer a deposit of €200 to the following account:

The deposit will not be returned in the event of cancellation, but can be credited towards any subsequent stay with us.

Cancellation conditions

Booking can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the start of your stay.

In the event of late cancellation, the following charges will be applied:

29 days or less before the scheduled arrival:

20% of the total amount of stay

14 days or less before the scheduled arrival:

50% of the total amount of stay

7 days or less before the scheduled arrival:

or non-arrival:

100% of the total amount of the booking.

The full price of the booking will be charged in the event of early departure.
